Treats: rabbit, ostrich, turkey, beef testicles & duck organ mix
Chews: BULLYSTICKS (#1), beef tendon, duck necks, green tripe, pork trachea
Feeling adventurous? Try our chicklets, duck necks and rabbit heads!
Are these treats safe for puppies?
All the jerky variants and the boneless beef chews are safe for puppies 10 weeks and older.
For chews with bones like duck feet and neck it’s best to wait until 6 months or until their adult teeth are complete.
What do you recommend for seniors?
Treats: goat, rabbit, turkey and ostrich are the leanest and lowest in calories/cholesterol.
Chews: softer chews like pork trachea and pork/beef tripe are ideal for seniors and small dogs.
What can I give my dog to help remove plaque/tartar?
Bullysticks, beef tendon and beef trachea are great long-lasting chews that can help scrape away plaque and tartar. Brushing your dog’s teeth regularly will also maintain dental and gum health.
How many treats can I feed my dog?
Feed in moderation. Treats and chews should not make up more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake.
What size bullystick should I get for my dog?
Please refer to the size chart as a general guide. If you are unsure, the 50g is a good place to start. You may size up or down depending on your dog’s chewing powers.
What if my preferred size is not available?
Please send us a message on Instagram (@barkeryon10th) to reserve your preferred size and quantity. We will let you know as soon as your desired size is back in stock.
How long does it take to finish the bully stick?
This is different for each dog but on average each bullystick will give your dog 60-90 minutes of chewing.
How long should I let them chew?
This is up to you and your dog. If you are concerned about your dog’s weight, you may limit chewing time to 20-30 minutes. You can also let him finish the whole bullystick then just give smaller portions during his next meal.
Storage and Shelf Life
Storage: store in an airtight container for 60-90 days. Keep your treats and chews in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You may also freeze for up to 6 months.
How to store half-eaten chews: wipe the chew or let it air dry and refrigerate/freeze in an open bag or container to prevent moisture build up. Do not mix half-eaten chews with fresh ones. Once eaten it is best to finish the chew within 7-10 days.
